Messages that get answered fastest are corrections, because a wrong price or a stale policy term on a page can cost a reader money: if you tell us what page it is on and what the current figure is, we will check it against the source and update the page with a new check date.

We also welcome quotes, contracts and fee schedules you cannot make sense of. Remove your own personal details before sending anything, and remove the vendor's if you would prefer the example stay anonymous. We may use anonymized examples in future articles unless you ask us not to.

What we cannot do: give legal, financial, tax or insurance advice; interpret your specific contract as an authority; tell you what a state's marriage license or name-change requirements are; or recommend a vendor privately that we would not recommend on the page.

Press and partnership enquiries can use the same address, and inclusion in our coverage is not available for purchase.

We do not publish a postal address or a telephone number, and we do not operate a phone line. Please do not send physical mail or product samples.
